Measuring the Impact of Training

Demonstrating the impact that training has in the classroom and in the workplace is one of the most challenging issues trainers face today. This workshop explores a comprehensive range of techniques and methods of validating training delivery and then measuring the workplace impact to ensure that knowledge and behavioural skills are applied effectively back in the workplace.

  • Set, assess and administer an array knowledge and skill based tests and assessments.
