To enable participants to plan and prioritise their workload effectively, ensuring that the critical objectives are met within deadlines. This is a highly participative workshop using delegates current schedules and a simulation exercise

By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:-

  • Identify the difference between urgent and important work and how to deal with each
  • Identify their key deliverables and prioritise effectively using diary management techniques.
  • Identify the potential blocks to effective time management and key tactics that they need to adopt.
  • Plan and prioritise their workload effectively, ensuring critical objectives are met within deadlines utilising the correct resources.
