Objective

To provide managers with a clear plan for achieving their personal unique contribution, and the realisation of individual career goals. The discussion puts particular emphasis on 'delivering' results. However, it recognises that it is people who usually deliver results, without identifying, understanding or developing confidence in their own unique capabilities.

By the end of the workshop, managers will be:-

  • Equipped with techniques for 'managing their personal brand'
  • Inspired to proactively build their portfolio of success
  • Given an insight into using their unique capabilities and strengths to the advantage of both the organisation and their own advancement

  • How brands are differentiated and distinct (know and define your own unique capabilities and strengths)
  • Brands are relevant to a target audience (Defining your target audience and using those skills)
  • Brands deliver on their promises (building respect and reputation)
  • Brands become known (building company knowledge, contacts and networking)
  • Personal Brand management planning

Outputs

  • I never really saw myself as a brand and didn't give a great deal of consideration the impact of my behaviour on my profile
  • This has given me far more confidence of my own capabilities and my unique selling points, I am now clear on my development path.
