By the end of the workshop, managers will be able to:-

  • Assess their own behaviours – which influencing behaviours they use / don’t use and could use more effectively
  • Identify how their behaviour impacts on others
  • Articulate the basic framework for influencing
  • Identify the options / choices in influencing others
  • Communicate in a more persuasive manner with colleagues and individuals within their team
  • Explain complicated ideas in a manner which aids understanding and increases likelihood of success
  • Set objectives and desired outcomes for influencing
  • Have a framework for building a persuasive proposal and influencing upwards.
