Objective

To provide managers with the key principles for planning and managing process improvement/process re-engineering projects successfully. This is a very practical programme where managers will have experience using the tools on one of their own planned projects, providing them with an opportunity to apply the learning to a work assignment throughout the learning experience.

By the end of the workshop, managers will be able to:

  • Build a business case for change
  • Identify the critical skills for the team & the impact on successful implementation
  • Develop a project planning for implementation
  • Understand the requirements for managing people through change
  • Developing a communications plan to ensure “buy in” and commitment.
  • Establish processes for monitoring and evaluating project implementation.
