Sarah Peirce, the founder member of PPA has worked as a freelance consultant since 2006 She has a wealth of experience in HR, career counselling, talent management, leadership development and Change Management, spanning 25 years both within the UK and the international market.
Sarah is an inspirational and engaging communicator with proven ability to motivate teams and a track record of creating and implementing solutions that deliver significant results. She has gained considerable external recognition for achievements with her work and has won awards between 2001- 2008. IPD qualified, with a Diploma in Employment Law and also a trained career counsellor, Sarah is a sought-after speaker at HR conferences.
